Execution-phase reinforcement calculation and drawings for a 162,000 m² commercial complex, produced by dedicated calculation and drawing teams.
As subcontractor to the French structural engineering firms, Vifatec organised its production around a project lead, a calculation team leader and a BIM manager. Tasks were allocated by work item and followed against a schedule, with in-house Dynamo and Excel/VBA tools speeding up repetitive work: the model of what a large subcontracted package should look like.
