BIM team at work in Hanoi

Our approach

Simple engagement, clear control, and a quote tailored to your project.

Typical workflow

Six steps, one point of contact.

  1. 1

    Brief

You send a brief or a sample task: scope, standards, templates, deadline.

  2. 2

    Tailored quote

A quote that fits your scope: per drawing, per hour or per work package.

  3. 3

    Templates agreed

We use your templates, layers and naming; the first sheets go to you for approval.

  4. 4

    Production

Modelling, calculation and drawing to your templates, with weekly progress reports.

  5. 5

    Two-step check

Author, then independent checker, before anything leaves our office.

  6. 6

    Delivery

Native files, IFC, DWG and PDF, with an issue log for your comments.

Engagement

Engage us per drawing, per hour or per package.

  • Per drawing: priced per sheet by type and complexity, agreed on a sample set.
  • Per hour: by discipline and seniority; weekly timesheets.
  • Work package: fixed price for a defined scope.
  • Dedicated team or overflow: flexible capacity during peaks.

Tailored quote

Every project is quoted individually. Send us a brief and we come back with a proposal that fits your scope and deadline. Sample drawings, calculation notes and BIM models are available on request under NDA.
