The Bach Ho (White Tiger) oil field is located in the South Vietnam sea basin. Vietsopetro, the Russian-Vietnamese company is the operator of the site, the field produces between 210,000 and 220,000 barrels per day compared to the maximum daily capacity of 240,000 barrels.
The structureJacket BK4A :
- BK-4A is located in the Bach Ho field, which is designed for the extension of the existing structure BK4 via a walkway. BK4A is used to house the new production and maintenance equipment for subsea pipeline systems.
- The BK4-A structure contains the jacket structure and the topside module which allow the reception of low-pressure gas and oil from the Thien Ung platform (B-TNG) via NCS2 pipelines and BK4 risers via the gateway. BK4A platform houses “One PIG receiver” which is part of the pipeline maintenance and cleaning system.
